Sarah Mills
Associate, Gender and Climate TA
Sarah has spent two decades shaping how development initiatives can create meaningful social impact, with a particular focus on advancing gender equality through practical, market-based solutions. Her thirteen years specialising in gender inclusion have given her deep insight into how financial and technical support can transform opportunities for women entrepreneurs.
Drawing on five years of hands-on experience delivering gender-smart technical assistance to SMEs, she understands how to translate inclusion principles into business success. Her approach integrates climate considerations with gender equality, recognising that women are both disproportionately affected by climate change and key drivers of climate solutions.
At Koma, she's working to ensure that technical assistance programs create lasting positive change for women and girls while advancing climate-smart business practices across Sub-Saharan Africa.
